How long does it take to receive my order?
All No Rehearsals products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for production, plus delivery time:
- United States: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 6–12 business days
- New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- European Union: 6–12 business days
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production quickly, so please contact us at hello@norehearsals.co as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.
My order contains multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Items may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We'll make it right. Contact us at hello@norehearsals.co within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Can I return for size or colour?
For customers outside the EU, we don't accept returns for change of mind, including size or colour selection — please check our size guide before ordering.
I'm an EU customer — what are my return rights?
EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving their last item, without giving a reason. Use the Returns & Cancellations link in our footer to submit your request.
Products
How are your products made?
Every piece is made to order by our fulfilment partners. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your item is created specifically for you, which means less waste and a fresher product.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up — our fits tend to run true to size.
Will the print fade over time?
Our products are printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF) or embroidery techniques. To keep your print looking its best, wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and avoid tumble drying.
Shipping & Customs
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
