Australia, Canada, New Zealand & United States

As our products are produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size or colour selection. Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order using the Returns and Cancellations link in our store footer.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

European Union & United Kingdom

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom may request cancellation or return in accordance with applicable consumer law. You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, submit a request using the Returns and Cancellations link in our store footer.

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Items should be returned in their original condition and should not be worn, washed or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Where required by applicable law, we will refund the purchase price and eligible standard outbound delivery charges. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. EU withdrawal refunds are made within the time required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and photographs of the issue where appropriate. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will provide the appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
